Holy Thursday marks the final day of Lent and the first day of the Easter Triduum, with the Triduum beginning with the evening Mass of the Lord's Supper. The Mass of the Lord's Supper reenacts the final night of Christ's life with His disciples at the Last Supper, including the traditional washing of the feet, and signifies the institution of the Sacrament of the Eucharist and Sacrament of Holy Orders.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at the Altar of Repose (in the gathering space of the church) will take place following the Mass of the Lord's Supper and remain until the Tenebrae Service.
